These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and uang4d ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the uang4d website located at https://uang4d.lat and all associated services, including but not limited to online casino gaming, sports betting, live dealer games, lottery products, and any promotional or loyalty programmes operated by uang4d.

• You have not previously had an account on uang4d that was closed for breach of these Terms or for fraudulent activity.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any other individual.

uang4d reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without providing a reason. Eligibility does not guarantee the right to access all products or services offered on the Platform, which may be subject to additional conditions.

Each individual may register a maximum of one (1) player account on uang4d. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, and a contact number. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
• You must not share your account credentials with any other person.
• You must notify uang4d immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available on the Platform.
• uang4d will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

As part of our anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and responsible gambling practices, uang4d may require you to complete KYC verification at any time — including before processing your first withdrawal, upon reaching certain transaction thresholds, or when requested by our compliance team. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid Malaysian MyKad, passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum amounts as displayed at the time of the transaction. Deposits made via cryptocurrency are credited once the required number of blockchain confirmations is received. uang4d does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider or blockchain network may impose its own charges (e.g., Ethereum gas fees for ERC20 transactions).

Deposits must be made from a payment account or wallet registered in your own name. uang4d does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit suspected to originate from an illegitimate source will be investigated under our AML policy, and affected funds may be withheld pending resolution.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions being met:

• Your account has been fully KYC-verified.
• All active wagering requirements on bonus-derived funds have been satisfied.
• The withdrawal amount does not exceed your current withdrawal limit tier.

All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms stated on the applicable promotional page:

• Bonuses are only available to registered players who have completed their minimum required deposit as stated in the promotion.
• Each bonus is subject to a wagering requirement ("rollover") that must be completed before withdrawal of bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds is permitted.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages per game category are listed on the relevant promotion page. Live dealer games typically contribute at a lower rate than slots.

All games and betting markets available on uang4d are governed by the specific rules displayed within each game or market. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the specific rules of a game, the specific game rules shall prevail in relation to that game only.

• It is the player's responsibility to ensure they are familiar with the rules and terms of any game or betting market before placing a wager.
• All game outcomes on uang4d are generated by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for non-live games, or by real human dealers in licensed live dealer environments.
• Bets placed and confirmed are final. uang4d will not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been submitted and confirmed, except in cases of a verifiable system error.
• Sports bets on events including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, and UFC are settled according to the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. In-play bets accepted after a relevant match event has occurred (e.g., a goal or retirement) may be voided.
• uang4d reserves the right to suspend betting markets, void bets, or limit a player's wagering activity in cases of suspected match manipulation, data feed errors, or regulatory requirements.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the uang4d platform. Violation of any prohibition may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one player account.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or scripts to interact with the Platform in any way.
• Colluding with other players to influence the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using stolen payment instruments, fraudulent identities, or other people's accounts to conduct transactions.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime through the Platform.
• Systematically abusing bonus structures or promotional offers through matched betting, arbitrage, or low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to deplete wagering requirements without genuine play.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, degrades, or interferes with the Platform's operation or other players' experience.

All content on the uang4d Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logos, game graphics, software interfaces, text, imagery, data compilations, and design elements — is the intellectual property of uang4d or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for the purpose of personal, non-commercial gaming and betting activity. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any Platform software.
• Frame or link to the Platform in a way that misrepresents the origin or ownership of the content.
• Create derivative works based on Platform content or functionality.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, uang4d, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or anticipated gambling profits.
• Loss of data or account information due to system failure or security breach beyond our reasonable control.
• Interruptions to service caused by scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party service disruptions, or force majeure events.
• Delays in processing cryptocurrency transactions due to blockchain network congestion.
• Fluctuations in cryptocurrency exchange rates between the time of deposit and withdrawal.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit uang4d's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
